Meet our Support Team

Our Support Team consists of experienced and focused software technicians and client support co-ordinators.  When you join the TERMINALFOUR community a minimum of two team members are trained on the day-to-day set up of your system. This means that there will always be someone available that knows your business and your infrastructure and is equipped to respond to a custom query or issue.

If you do encounter an issue with your TERMINALFOUR Site Manager that can’t be resolved on the spot, our client Support Co-ordinator makes your life easier by liaising between you and the Software Support Technicians and R&D, if they become involved. It’s the client co-ordinator's job to keep you informed and them on track!  We also have clearly defined escalation procedures in place to ensure that any issues are addressed within agreed timeframes to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolutions for you.
