Working together

Who Does What?

What resources and skills do we need from you?

We recommend that your “team” for a TERMINALFOUR Site Manager implementation is made up of the following Roles (which may be played by one or more people, depending on the skills and availability of the resources at your disposal).  In fact it is  frequently the case in smaller organisations that the Webmaster fulfils all of the roles below!

What resources and skills do we bring to the party?

The TERMINALFOUR Sure Start programme has been designed so you can be involved as much or as little as you want or need to be. Regardless our team is on hand to support you and your project every step of the way.

  • Pre-Sales Technical Consultants: The start of your journey post-purchase is taken care of by our pre-sales technical consultants. They conduct technical discovery, with you, to understand all of the requirements needed, from a technical perspective, to complete the project successfully.
  • Professional Services: Pre-Sales hands over to Professional Services. You will be assigned a project manager, who will become your day to day contact throughout the project and will work with you scheduling and tracking progress. Your project manager will arrange weekly updates in order to ensure all tasks are highlighted and you are aware of all the steps in the process.
  • Training: The training team arm your administrators and end-users with all the knowledge and practical skills that they need to make your WCM strategy a reality.
  • Client Support: At the very outset, these are the guys that install your WCM, TERMINALFOUR Site Manager. At the very end of the implementation, Professional Services hand over to Client Support, who take over the ongoing support of your installation

It's been a true partnership since day one.
